    Who we are

    Agent Cockpit is an independent private research and software initiative. This policy explains what information we collect when you request private access or contact us, and how we use it.

    Information we collect

    When you submit the private-access request form, we collect the information you provide — typically your work email, company, role, company size, and your stated area of interest. We also collect standard technical metadata (such as IP address and country) associated with the submission.

    How we use it

    We use this information solely to evaluate whether there is a fit for our private research group and design-partner program, and to follow up with you. We do not sell personal information.

    Retention & your rights

    We retain submissions for as long as necessary to operate the private research program. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at hello@getagentcockpit.com.
